Job Description:
Matsyaa Infotech is seeking a support specialist or system administrator with experience in Office 365 to provide assistance to our clients supporting them with their Office 365 needs specifically helping them navigate the journey to the cloud. The IT Support Specialist should be able to apply advanced technical skills and knowledge to collect the needed information to resolve issues presented to the support Team. Office 365 applications that will be supported are Exchange Online, Skype for Business Online, OneDrive Sync, Office Online, OneNote, Outlook WebApp, Outlook Client, Skype for Business Client, and Office Suite. A strong understanding of these products is a must.

- Experience Range: 3 – 7 Years
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2 support.
- Manage and monitor the Office 365 tenants.
- Monitor and test performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions and work with Tier 3 to resolve issues.
- Create and administrator user and service accounts, group membership, and Exchange mailboxes.
- Address client connectivity, client software distribution, and mobile installation issues.
- Develop and document best practices for supporting the Office 365 application and assist with developing an appropriate support model.
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned
- Provides advice and training to peers on various Office 365 applications
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate in Any Specialization
- 3-6 years of proven working experience with Office 365 administration and problem solving
- Experience with Exchange, Skype for Business, and MS Office Suits
- Expert skills in managing and administering Office 365
- Knowledge and experience troubleshooting these platforms: Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, SharePoint, Skype for Business, Mail-flow and Connectors, Outlook client configuration, Powershell, SMTP, SSL/TLS, mobile clients
- Have a good understanding of Mobile Messaging Technologies: Exchange ActiveSynce iPhone, iPad, Android
- Must be an independent problem solver with troubleshooting, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and be on call
